| Comments: | Wonderful people, wonderful vineyards, wonderful winery. I cannot say enough for the nice folks at Cooper Vineyards. I showed up at Cooper vineyards the weekend before they were opening. My heart sank as I thought I was going to be out of luck. I couldn't resist stopping the car and taking a look at the property. I'm glad I did because I was invited in even though they were obviously under construction and they graciously opened several fabulous bottles for my tasting pleasure. This is truly a family run operation and a good one at that. Even though the facility and winery are new, they've been in the business and obviously know what they are doing. A must stop on Shenandoah School Road! Fabulous offerings include: Barbera, Cab, Mourvedre, Muscat, Petite Sirah, Primitivo, Roussanne, Sangiovese, Syrah, Viognier, and Zin. Huge lineup without a clunker in the bunch. Bravo! | |||
