Cedarville is a recent addition to the fine establishments in the Fairplay area of El Dorado County.  So far, there are nothing but good things to say about the facility, the owners, and of course, the wine.  They produce Zinfandel, Syrah, Cabernet, Grenache, and Turnabout's Rhône blend.  All of which have received rave reviews from locals and critics alike.  Wow!  Absolutely fantastic!  John explained the intricacies of their vineyards and wine making process and we had the good fortune of meeting Susan also.  They are certainly a class act and our impression is that they settle for nothing less than maximum quality.  It was our honor to tour the facility which creates wines that are on par with the best we have had anywhere.  We look forward to our next visit and we can't urge you enough to see for yourself what Cedarville is all about.  Cedarville is open by appointment and they were more than willing to accommodate .  We would like to personally thank John and Susan for the informative tour and opulent wine tasting experience.
