Certainly, the Irish
would be proud. Fitzpatrick has an unbelievable facility overlooking
the Fairplay wine region. The view is second to none and Irish pride
abounds. We suggest trying the 'Ploughman's Lunch' while at
Fitzpatrick, it's just what you need to perk you up from a day of wine
tasting and you can chase it with one of Fitzpatrick's big reds or with an
Irish beer such as Guinness or Harp. In addition, Fitzpatrick serves
as a bed and breakfast and your hosts Diana and Brian are sure to make
your stay a memorable one.
