| Single Leaf
Vineyards and Winery are located in the Fairplay region of El Dorado
County. Recently, we had the pleasure of doing a little wine tasting
at Single Leaf. we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and number
of varietals available for tasting. The winery was serving
Chardonnay, Red Table, Cab Franc, Malbec, Zinfandel (reserve &
normal), Cabernet Sauvignon, and Port. I really enjoyed both zin's
and the "Signature Red" table wine. The red table wine
consists of 78% Zinfandel and 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, it is very
impressive and at $8 bucks a bottle, you can't beat it. It is certainly
a best value in both
Amador and El Dorado counties. That being said, I would say that all
the wines at single leaf are an excellent value and of the highest
quality. *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED*
