       Jodar's tasting room is located in Camino.  Jodar produces Chardonnay, Sangiovese, Red Table Wine, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, White Table Wine, and Port.  One of our favorites would be Jodar's Sangiovese which we found  to be very nice.  In addition, Jodar makes two distinctive Chardonnay's.  Vaughn has gone out of his way to produce a Chardonnay which is not overpowered by buttery-oak, this allows the crisp fruit flavors to shine through.  Another point worthy of mentioning is the fact that the tasting room staff is so fun.  Also, possibly due to it's Camino location, the tasting room is rarely crowded; therefore you will usually get the opportunity to enjoy the staff and the wine on a more personal level. The tasting room is open 7 days a week, from 11:00-5:00.
