e have assembled here a few of our favorites stops along the long and dusty wine trail.  Obviously, there are several more establishments than what are listed here.  We are only recommending the places which we have tried (for your protection) and found to be good.  There will be more to come as we have the opportunity to sample the fare.  Please let us know if you have any "must stops" we should add to our list.
